Please read this important information before going to the online registration form:
PLEASE - Only register for what you have been approved to attend by your school/organization.
Only register once !!! – If you make a mistake you can easily correct or modify your registration in our portal by setting your account password from the confirmation email you recieve and logging in to the system.
You may use the same authorized PO # for multiple registrations from your school/organization and you can scan and upload your PO for faster processing. (Recommended)
You WILL be able to pay by credit card.
If you are paying personally please use your personal Check# in the PO field in order for your registration to process.
IMPORTANT: IT is critical that you set a password for your HSTI account so that you can manage the sessions you would like to attend as they become available.
Once you register you will receive an email confirmation with invoice information and a link to setup the password for your account.
Invoices will be emailed to you and/or mailed to PO information provided in the registration form.
