Description: This session will focus on how educators can integrate core subject matter into powerful, immersive learning experiences using technology tools and creative classroom transformations. Participants will explore how themed simulations — such as a zombie virus outbreak to teach graphing and coding, or a dinosaur extinction investigation to uncover the impact on Earth’s systems — can turn academic standards into unforgettable learning adventures.
Teachers will learn how to design curriculum-based experiences that blend science, math, literacy, and technology through digital missions, simulations, and problem-solving challenges. The session will highlight how Google tools, AI, and interactive media can be used to build learning stations, data investigations, coding challenges, and student-driven projects that bring standards to life.
Participants will leave with ready-to-use ideas, templates, and a clear framework for designing tech-powered learning experiences that increase engagement, deepen understanding, and make learning meaningful and memorable.
