We'll cover how to recruit students (not just the "STEM kids"), find community mentors, pitch local sponsors, and navigate a full competition season. Practical tools like a Year One Roadmap, budget breakdowns, and a common-pitfall checklist help you leave with a realistic plan rather than just inspiration.
